The terms for this website.
These terms cover your use of coasta.io, getcoasta.com, coasta.studio and the pages we link from them (the “Site”), operated by MARTIAL! Music Studios LLC doing business as Coasta. Working with Coasta as a client is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if the two ever conflict.
1. Using the Site
You may browse the Site and use it to learn about Coasta and get in touch. Don’t misuse it: no scraping, probing, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful. We may change or take down any part of the Site at any time.
2. About the numbers we show
Performance figures on the Site are measured on Coasta’s own campaigns during the periods stated, using the platform data cited, and are compared against third-party benchmarks we name. They are shown to illustrate how we work and report. They are not a promise of what any campaign will achieve. Results depend on the material, the audience, the budget, the markets and the platforms involved, all of which vary. Product screens shown on the Site are illustrations of our tools and may include example data.
3. No advice
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice. Talk to us before relying on anything here for a decision about your project.
4. Our content
The Site’s design, text, illustrations, marks and the Coasta name belong to MARTIAL! Music Studios LLC or its licensors. You may share links to the Site and quote short passages with attribution; please don’t copy, modify or reuse our content or marks without written permission.
5. Your submissions
If you send us material — a brief, links, files — you confirm you have the right to share it, and you give us permission to use it to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. We treat it as confidential. Anything beyond that is covered by the client agreement.
6. Third-party services
The Site links to and relies on services we don’t control, including Cloudflare (hosting, call booking and email routing), Google Fonts, and social platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, MARTIAL! Music Studios LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes rights consumer protection law gives you where you live.
10. Changes and contact
